    While officials sort out the facts about what occurred in today’s tragic Megabus crash in Indiana, Clifford Law attorneys are available to speak on similar passenger buses including the 2012 Megabus crash on I-55 near mile post 57. In that crash, the front left tire of the Megabus blew out, causing the bus to veer to the left. The bus ran off of the road and entered the median where it struck a guardrail and then a concrete bridge structure. One individual died in that case and a number of other individuals were injured.

    Clifford Law Offices represent nine of those victims in that Megabus crash as well as four injured in the bus crash at O’Hare Airport that was owned and operated by Delaware Car Rental, Inc., on Aug. 29, 2014.
