2006 Study on Public Perceptions of The Justice System
Public perceptions of the justice system have a direct impact on what happens in the courtroom. Americans enter the jury room with a range of personal experiences and attitudes that influence how they evaluate and decide cases. This research was commissioned by Robert A. Clifford, of Clifford Law Offices, in order to explore public perceptions of the justice system. Please click on the attached file to view a copy of the study.
