Michael S. Krzak, partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been invited to speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) in Washington, D.C. in a program entitled "Tips from Cockpit to Courtroom."
Krzak, who has successfully handled numerous commercial litigation crash cases at Clifford Law Offices - from the crash at Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport to the crash of a jetliner near Buffalo, New York - will be speaking on a panel on "Recent Developments in Personal Jurisdiction Post Daimler/ and Progeny."
The keynote speaker for the two-day program is Chair of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), Christopher A. Hart.
