Deadly Bus Accident in Phoenix, Arizona
This morning, a passenger bus reportedly carrying 21 people and heading west on I-10 in Phoenix, Arizona, rear-ended a car and rolled over. The Arizona media is reporting that six people were killed and 15 people were reported injured in the accident.
According to Bart Graves, a Department of Public safety spokesman, those killed included two men and four women, all of whom were riding on the bus.
Police and other rescue personnel established a triage area on the interstate. Ten injured people were shuttled by ambulance to area hospitals and five people were transported via helicopter, according to media reports.
