Panelists will discuss the life of Abraham Lincoln, the country’s 16th president, who practiced law throughout the state before entering the White House. Although Lincoln is revered throughout the country, this panel has studied his practice of law and will comment on how ethical he really was. The Rules of Professional Conduct will be discussed, comparing the setting of Lincoln’s time to today.
