John Barkett, partner at Shook Hardy & Bacon in Miami, Florida, where he works in commercial litigation. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami Law School teaching Environmental Litigation and Policy. Mr. Barkett has published two books on e-discovery: E-Discovery:Twenty Questions and Answers (First Chair Press, Chicago, Oct., 2008) and The Ethics of E-Discovery (First Chair Press, Chicago, Jan. 2009).
