Clifford Attorneys to Speak at Medical Malpractice Seminars
Press Release, 03/21/2005Robert A. Clifford and Matthew L. Willens, will be featured speakers at the American Bar Association’s National Institute on Presenting Psychological and Neuropsychological Evidence.
The program will be held April 21-22 at the ABA headquarters, 321 N. Clark St., Chicago. Lawyers, academics and experts will gather from around the country to discuss various aspects of such a case including expert witnesses, forensic evidence and witness preparation.
Clifford will open the two-day program discussing the use of psychologists and neuropsychologists in a personal injury and medical malpractice case and Willens will discuss "Litigating a Mild Traumatic Brain Injury Case."
