Clifford Law Offices' Partners to Speak at ABA Aviation Meeting
Press Release, 05/29/2001Robert A. Clifford and Kevin P. Durkin, nationally renown aviation attorneys, are speaking at the American Bar Association’s 7th Annual Aviation Litigation Seminar in New York Thursday (June 7) entitled "The Ins and Outs of Aviation Litigation."
Clifford will speak on "The Criminalization of Aviation ‘Accidents’ -- Is it Here to Stay?"
Durkin will offer closing remarks on a Product Liability Roundtable involving "Case Law Update and the Insurance Implications." Durkin also will serve as moderator of a program entitled "The Warsaw Convention/IATA: What’s Left to Protect the Air Carrier?"
Durkin recently was elected one of the ABA’s Aviation Litigation Committee Chair.
