Keith Hebeisen, Partner, will Speak on Medical Malpractice Issues at The American Constitution Society

Keith A. Hebeisen, partner at Clifford Law Offices, will speak on "Judges, Juries and the Constitution: A Debate on Medical Malpractice Reform" at the Chicago Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society on May 24. Hebeisen is President-Elect of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and will be sworn in as President next month.

Hebeisen, who concentrates his practice on complex medical malpractice cases, will address a luncheon group at noon at the John Marshall Law School, 315 S. Plymouth Ct., Room 503, Chicago.

He will be joined on the dias by Edward Murnane, President of the Illinois Civil Justice League, a consortium of business and health care groups that have spearheaded legislation in Springfield to cap damages in Illinois. Moderator of the program is DePaul University College of Law Professor Stephan Landsman.
