Tomasik Speaks at Federal Court Seminar
Press Release, 09/14/2000Timothy S. Tomasik of Clifford Law Offices is speaking at the Annual Advanced Course of study entitled "Trial Evidence in the Federal Courts" Oct. 12-13 at the Chicago Regal Knickerbocker Hotel.
Sponsored in cooperation with the American Law Institute and the American Bar Association Section of Litigation, Tomasik, along with a number of experienced trial attorneys and judges from around the country, will discuss the latest developments including live demonstrations before sitting federal judges.
The course will cover various topics. Tomasik will present a demonstration on Corporate Character Evidence and the impact of the new amendments to the Federal Rules of Evidence that go into effect later this year.
He also will be addressing the hearsay rules in a hypothetical before Judge William R. Wilson, Jr., U.S. Federal District Judge of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Tomasik was recently named by the Chicago Law Bulletin Publishing Company as one of Chicago’s top 40 Attorneys Under 40 Years Old to Watch.
