Boat Case: The recent Chicago area boating accidents likely will lead to -- you guessed it -- more lawsuits. The first is expected to be filed in Cook County Circuit Court today by personal injury ace Robert Clifford on behalf of Wilmette resident Jack Wall, still hospitalized after his catamaran was sliced in half by a power boat off Wilmette harbor July 6.
