Bob Clifford to Speak on Selecting a Jury

Robert A. Clifford, senior partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been selected to speak on a panel at the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Litigation conference to be held in April in Miami, Florida.
Clifford, who served as Chair of the Section of Litigation from 2001-02, will speak on the topic, “If You Can’t Pick A Jury, You Can’t Win A Trial” at the meeting’s plenary session.
The Criminal Justice Section also is a sponsor of the continuing legal education program that will be held April 15 at the Fountainbleau Miami Beach Hotel.
