Brian Shallcross to Address Illinois Lawyers
Web Release, 02/06/2009Brian Shallcross, attorney at Clifford Law Offices, has been invited to speak at a seminar sponsored by the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA).
Shallcross will speak on “Medical Provider Liens” at the Sat., March 28 program entitled, “Insurance, Liens and Settlements Seminar.” It will be held from 8:45 a.m.- 1:30 p.m.
Shallcross, with Clifford Law Offices’ partner Robert Strelecky, recently obtained a record $5.95 million verdict in DuPage County on behalf of a man who suffered severe nerve and muscle damage in his leg after a doctor negligently tore the patient’s iliac artery. According to the Jury Verdict Reporter, the verdict was the third largest medical malpractice in DuPage County history.
The March program, which provides four hours of continuing legal education credit in the state for lawyers, will be held at the Oak Brook Hills Marriott, 3500 Midwest Rd., Oak Brook.
