Clifford and Marincsin Spoke at ABA Webinar
Web Release, 09/28/2010Robert A. Clifford, senior partner at Clifford Law Offices, was invited to speak at the American Bar Association’s Smart Soloing School at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28, on “New Directions in Personal Injury Litigation.”
Courtney Boho Marincsin, associate at the firm, will join him along with K. William Gibson, attorney, arbitrator and mediator from Portland, Oregon, during the live 90-minute CLE teleconference.
The session will focus on the changes in personal injury litigation over the past decade including tort reform litigation, depositions at trial and litigation costs as well as the increased use of arbitrators and mediators.
