Clifford and Durkin Appointed as Faculty Members of Litigation Institute
Press Release, 05/22/2007Robert A. Clifford and Kevin P. Durkin were appointed as a faculty members of the Litigation Institute for Trial Training (LITT) of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation.
The two-day program, July 12-13, took a hypothetical case through all aspects of a trial, including themes strategies, jury consultants and a lecture on the Art of Persuasion. The LITT program was the first to gather trial attorneys from around the country to discuss litigation and present a mock trial. The program was held at the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago.
Clifford was the Chair of the Section of Litigation, the largest in the ABA with some 70,000 attorneys, in 2001-02. Durkin also was on the Task Force that assembled the speakers and determined the topics to be discussed.
