Clifford, Hebeisen and Tomasik to Speak at CBA CLE Program in Napa
Press Release, 07/26/2011 Robert A. Clifford, President of the Chicago Bar Association and senior partner at Clifford Law Offices, will be speaking at continuing legal education programs in Napa Valley, California, Sept. 11-14.
Clifford is on a panel entitled “The Business of Medical Malpractice Liability,” along with defense lawyers and health insurance and medical professionals.
Keith A. Hebeisen, partner at Clifford Law Offices and renowned for his work in medical malpractice, will be speaking on a separate panel on “Medical Malpractice at the Crossroads: Where are We Going?” Hebeisen has served as President of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and was recently named to the Board of Governors of the American Association of Justice. He recently was appointed Chair of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Medical Professional Liability.
Timothy S. Tomasik, also a partner at Clifford Law Offices, is scheduled to speak on yet another panel during the three-day program on “Don’t Panic! Recent Developments in Medicare Set Aside Requirements, Liens, Settlements and Confidentiality Agreements.” Seven hours of CLE courses will be offered during this special trip.
