Hebeisen, ITLA President, to Re-Run Popular Liens and Settlements Seminar
Press Release, 02/20/2006The Illinois Trial Lawyers' Association (ITLA) is sponsoring an all-day seminar Monday, Feb. 20 (Presidents' Day) on Liens and Settlements. ITLA President and Clifford Law Offices' partner Keith Hebeisen said that the popular and informative seminar is filled to capacity and will be scheduled again on May 6, 2006, due to popular demand.
The annual seminar deals with pertinent topics such as workers' compensation, ERISA, medical liens, structured settlements and probate matters. Clifford Law Offices' partner Matthew L. Willens, speaking on "Contractual Reimbursements," was one of the presenters.
