Hebeisen to Speak at Illinois Trial Lawyers Medical Malpractice Seminar

Hebeisen, partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been invited to speak once again at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) annual Medical Malpractice Seminar Sat., Dec. 10, 2011, which generally is well attended by members of the statewide organization. Hebeisen served as ITLA President in 2005-06 and has been the editor of the ITLA Medical Malpractice Trial Notebook for many years.
“IPI 105.01- The Controversy Continues” is the title of Hebeisen’s presentation which covers the Illinois Pattern Jury Instruction that gives juries the legal definition of what constitutes professional negligence.
