Kevin Durkin to Speak on Cross Examination
Web Release, 04/18/2009Kevin P. Durkin, partner at Clifford Law Offices, will be speaking at the Litigation Skills conference on one of four panels. Durkin’s will deal with “Cross Examination Techniques: Technology, Impeachment and More.”
As part of a panel discussion on April 23, Durkin’s morning presentation will be moderated by Jamie Carey, Professor of Law at Loyola University School of Law.
The program, “Litigation Skills 3: Winning the Hearts and Minds of the jury,“ is sponsored by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company. Four hours of continuing legal education credit is offered for the 8 a.m.-12:40 p.m. program.

Durkin has tried many cases to verdict in aviation, transportation, product liability and other areas of tort law.
