Robert Clifford Discusses “My Cousin Vinny”
Web Release, 05/28/2009Robert A. Clifford was on a panel that presented “Movies on Trial.” In particular, Clifford discussed the popular legal movie, “My Cousin Vinny.”
Clifford, along with the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly, U.S. District Court Judge of the Northern District of Illinois, and Thomas M. Durkin, partner at Mayer Brown, discussed the ethics of some of the trial techniques during the fictional case depicted in the popular movie.
Steven A. Weiss, partner at Schopf & Weiss, moderated the two-hour program in May at the Music Box Theatre in Chicago. That firm hosted the program to a large crowd in the theatre on Southport.
