Robert Clifford Moderates ABA Program on 9/11 with Ken Feinberg
Press Release, 09/19/2007 Robert A. Clifford served as moderator of an American Bar Association teleconference entitled, “Compensation Funds: Are They Enough?”
Also participating in the one-hour teleconference on Sept. 19, 2007, was Kenneth Feinberg, Special Master of the Federal September 11th Victims Compensation Fund of 9/11. Also on the call were Donald Goodrich, a partner in a Massachusetts law firm specializing in insurance coverage matters and founding member and Chairman of the Board of Families of Sept. 11, and Stephan Landsman, holder of the Robert A. The program was sponsored by the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section and the Section of State and Local Government Law.
The teleconference was based upon an article that appeared in the September, 2007 issue of the ABA Journal entitled, “Accounting for Lives.” ABA members can listen to the program free online by going to www.abanet.org/cle/connection.html. A CD of the program also can be ordered for $50 online at www.abaclecatalog.org or by calling 800-285-2221. The program was CLE accredited.
