Tim Tomasik Speaks at ISBA Trial Program
Press Release, 04/24/2009Timothy Tomasik, partner at Clifford Law Offices, will be speaking next month on evidence regarding opinion witnesses sponsored by the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA)’s Tort Law Section..
In particular, Tomasik will discuss the requirements of admitting evidence under Illinois Supreme Court Rule 213, a necessity for trial lawyers to be acquainted with regarding trying a case involving opinions witnesses. Other topics to be covered include demonstrative evidence, appeals, motions in limine and closing arguments.
