Tim Tomasik to Speak at AAJ Convention
Press Release, 04/08/2008 Tim Tomasik, partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been invited to speak at the Annual Convention of the American Association of Justice in Philadelphia.
Tomasik will be speaking on Air Traffic Control Liability at the Aviation Law Section’s program in mid-July. For the presentation, he co-authored a lengthy article entitled, “Air Traffic Control Liability.”
Tomasik is working on several aviation cases at Clifford Law Offices including serving as counsel involving the property damage claims in the collapse of the World Trade Centers on 9/11.
