Tim Tomasik to Speak at ABA 6th Annual Chemical and Industrial Products Workshop
Press Release, 10/06/2011Timothy S. Tomasik, partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been invited to speak at the American Bar Association’s Sixth Annual Chemical and Industrial Products Workshop.
The two-day interactive program offers practical tips and significant trends in litigating mass torts and product liability chemical cases at a continuing legal education workshop in Wilmington, Delaware.
Tomasik will open the program on a panel entitled, “Liaison Counsel v. Non-Liaison Counsel, Zealous Representation in the Mass Tort Setting: Can’t We All Get Along?” Tomasik has worked on many complex litigation matters, including serving as liaison counsel with Robert Clifford in the property damage claims involving the destruction of the Twin Towers on 9/11.
