Tomasik to Participate in Mass Tort National Program
Press Release, 09/27/2011Timothy S. Tomasik, partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been invited to speak Oct. 13 at the American Bar Association Section of Litigation's s Sixth Annual Chemical and Industrial Productions Regional Continuing Legal Education Workshop in Wilmington, Del.
Tomasik will be participating in an interactive seminar involving nationally known plaintiffs’ lawyers, members of the judicial, in-house counsel, consultants and defense-oriented trial lawyers who will discuss developments and significant trends in toxic and mass tort involving chemical and industrial products.
Tomasik will be addressing “Liaison Counsel v. Non-Liaison Counsel, Zealous Representation in the Mass Tort Setting: Can’t We All Get Along?” Tomasik has worked the last several years on the property damage claims involving the destruction of the Twin Towers in New York after the 9/11 tragedy.
