Pamela Sakowicz Menaker is the Communications Partner at Clifford Law Offices. As an attorney with two degrees in journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Pam combines her experience in these two fields in handling the press in the many high-profile cases handled by the firm.
Pam has worked as a reporter for the Chicago Tribune, a writer/producer for ABC-TV in Chicago and as a Washington correspondent and political speech writer in the nation’s capital as well as a producer/writer for Tribune Entertainment and the New York Times Corporation where she worked on a pilot for a news magazine program. Most recently, Pam was an adjunct faculty member in the Graduate Program of the Integrated Marketing Communications Department of Northwestern's Medill School of Journalism where she taught a class on "Consumer, Law and Ethics of Marketing."
WRITERS
Kristofer Riddle has been a law clerk with Clifford Law Offices for two years and is currently in his third year at DePaul University’s College of Law. Along with researching and drafting legal documents, Kris has been instrumental in the development and writing of Clifford Law Offices' website. Kris Riddle has worked and written for Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy, The General Counsel of the New York City Council, Congressman Major R. Owens and Myjobs.com, an internet startup company. Kris Riddle graduated from the City College of New York where he was a Rosenberg/Humphrey Public Policy Fellow and a McNair Scholar.
Colin Dunn, an associate at Clifford Law Offices, writes a monthly column for the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, the nation's oldest daily legal publication. Having clerked for a number of judges in various courts in Chicago, he served as the Senior Law Clerk for the Honorable Justice Patrick J. Quinn, Presiding Justice of the Illinois Appellate Court of the First Division where he drafted opinions, orders and memoranda. He most recently co-authored an impressive lengthy piece on jury selection for the American Bar Association's Litigation Magazine that is distributed to 70,000 lawyers nationwide. Having attended Loyola University School of Law in Chicago and graduating magna cum laude, Colin served on the Law Journal there. He teaches appellate advocacy there as an Adjunct Professor.
