17th Annual Clifford Symposium on Tort Law and Social Policy
Press Release, 04/04/2011Professor Robert Rabin of Stanford University Law School is one of the towering figures of American tort law. His work – from the tobacco controversy to the 9/11 compensation fund – has influenced the way lawyers think about virtually all of the critical questions confronted by tort scholars.
The 17th Annual Clifford Symposium on Tort Law and Social Policy is entitled “Festschrift for Robert Rabin.” Lawyers and academics from across the country, including Harvard Law School, Yale Law School and New York University School of Law will gather for two days to examine his work.
The program will be held April 14-15 at DePaul University College of Law, DePaul Center, Room 8005, 1 E. Jackson Blvd, Chicago.
