Clifford Law Office Partners Speak at National Aviation Seminar

Clifford will speak Friday on the plaintiff's view of the legal and practical solutions to a mock aircraft crash involving Warsaw Convention, forum non conveniens and discovery questions. Durkin is seated on a Friday afternoon panel discussion on evaluating aviation cases from a plaintiff's perspective.
