Clifford Law Offices Files Lawsuit in Car Crash Death at Subway
Press Release, 08/19/2004Clifford Law Offices filed a lawsuit today (Thursday, Aug. 19) on behalf of the family of a 26-year-old man who was killed in a Subway Sandwiches and Salads by an elderly man who crashed his Chrysler Sebring through the restaurant window.
Andrzej Swiderski, Jr., died after 81-year-old Hyman Mann of Chicago apparently confused the gas pedal for the brake and drove through the window at 6352 N. Milwaukee Av., Chicago, on July 13.
Swiderski died of massive internal injuries when he was struck while waiting in line at the popular establishment.
