Kevin P. Durkin Elected to the CBA Board of Managers
Press Release, 06/26/1998Kevin P. Durkin, partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been elected to the Chicago Bar Association's (CBA) Board of Managers.
Durkin, a trial attorney for more than 17 years, was elected for a two-year term beginning June 24. The CBA is a 22,000-member organization.
Durkin was Chairman of the CBA's Judicial Evaluation Committee which oversees the rating of judges in elections.
A graduate of DePaul University College of Law, Durkin recently received several multi-million dollar awards particularly in air crash cases. His most recent verdict was a record $7.5 million in South Dakota in an automobile accident case.
Durkin served as an Assistant State's Attorney in Cook County from 1980-88.
