Press Release, 09/14/2004Second Amended Complaints were filed adding the City of Chicago and the County of Cook as named defendants in lawsuits brought by the following Plaintiffs: Stanislaw Zajac, Independent Executor of the Estate of Teresa Zajac; Lori Eyman and Josh Eyman and Luis Hernandez and Yvette Hernandez. The City of Chicago was named as a defendant in the lawsuits brought by the following Plaintiffs: Wheeler E. Chapman III, Independent Administrator of the Estate of Sara Chapman; Winifred C. McDonald, Independent Executor of the Estate of Maureen E. McDonald; Ann Marie Slater, Independent Administrator of the Estate of John Slater III; Vernita M. Gray; Sherryl Fox and Edward Fox; Christine Konopka; Leslie Page-Piper and Randall E. Roberts and Margaret W. Roberts.
