Update on Lawsuit Involving Car Crash Through Oak Lawn Home
Press Release, 12/07/1998A lawsuit and emergency motion will be filed Monday afternoon in the Cook County Circuit Court, Law Division, in the case involving a 17-year-old Oak Lawn boy who was killed by a car that crashed through his home.
Clifford Law Offices will file the complaint and ask for protective order that the car be preserved until it is examined by all interested parties. A hearing on this matter is expected to be scheduled Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning.
Clifford Law Offices represents the family of Joseph Seminara who was crushed by the car driven by Karee Krutilla of Chicago Ridge. The complaint alleges negligence against Krutilla.
