Clifford Law Offices Retained by Family who Suffered Loss in Chalk Airplane Crash in Florida

Clifford Law Offices has been retained by a family whose loved ones were killed in the crash of a Chalk seaplane off the coast of Florida Dec. 20.

All 20 people aboard died when the plane on the way to the Bahamas burst into flames and plunged into the water after taking off from Miami. The horrifying crash was captured by a beachgoer, many of whom witnessed the event nearby.

Robert A. Clifford and Clifford Law Offices is investigating the cause of the crash on behalf of the Kriz family of Miami. Killed was Jacqueline Kriz Danguillecourt, 27. Clifford has spoken to several other families who lost loved ones aboard the small plane.
