Dunn and Halvorsen on CBA Panel on Issues in Settling Tort Case
Web Release, 09/27/2011Colin Dunn and Kim Halvorsen, attorneys at Clifford Law Offices, have been invited to participate at the Chicago Bar Association (CBA) program entitled “Pitfalls and Pratfalls: Techniques, Means and Issues to Consider in Settling a Tort Case.”
The program, sponsored by the CBA Young Lawyers Section Tort Litigation Committee, will be held Oct. 5, at 3-6 p.m. at the CBA, 321 S. Plymouth Ct., Chicago.
Halvorsen will be speaking on “Preparing a Settlement Demand Package” and Dunn will be moderating the afternoon of speakers offering 2.75 hours of continuing legal education credit.
