Emily A. Herbick has been named an associate at Clifford Law Offices in Chicago.
Herbick formerly served as a judicial extern with Illinois Appellate Court Justice Terrence Lavin. She also worked at a Chicago personal injury law firm where she successfully argued a case before the Illinois Supreme Court in a matter of first impression. She also clerked at Clifford Law Offices while a law student at the Chicago-Kent College of Law where she served as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
Herbick was bestowed the CALI Award for the Highest Grade in Legal Writing I, II and Trial Advocacy I. She was a semi-finalist in the National Health Law Moot Court Competition. She received a B.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
