Charles R. Haskins III, partner at Clifford Law Offices, spoke at the annual Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) Update & Review Seminar on October 10, 2025.
His topic was “Forum Non Conveniens.” Other topics included artificial intelligence, social media, and the “Judicial Perspective” presented by the Hon. Thomas V. Lyons II, Presiding Judge of the Cook County Circuit Court’s Law Division.
Haskins has achieved numerous record verdicts and settlements, including obtaining more than $25 million this year alone.
The half-day program was held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on October 10th at the Westin River North, 320 N. Dearborn, Chicago. The program was approved for 4.25 general hours of continuing legal education credit.
