David F. Jasinski, partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been selected to Law Bulletin Media’s 2026 40 Under Forty Illinois Attorneys to Watch list.
A medical malpractice attorney with more than a decade of experience litigating serious injury and wrongful death claims, David Jasinski represents patients and families in cases involving failures to diagnose and treat, surgical negligence, preventable infections, and other forms of medical negligence.
In 2026, Jasinski was part of the Clifford Law Offices trial team that obtained a record $7.25 million Cook County jury verdict for a 32-year-old woman who underwent a hysterectomy following negligent complications during an unplanned cesarean section. His results also include a $3 million settlement for the family of a young man who died in the Cook County Jail and a $1 million medical malpractice settlement involving a fatal MRSA infection.
His work is marked by thorough preparation, close attention to complex medical and factual records, and sustained involvement with clients throughout litigation. Beyond his casework, Jasinski is an active member of several legal organizations including the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Illinois State Bar Association, where he currently serves as a Cook County representative in its Assembly.
