That impact of her work will be recognized by her alma mater on November 5, 2026, when Clifford receives the President’s Achievement Award from St. Viator High School. The school’s new award recognizes an alumna who has made an extraordinary impact on others’ lives. St. Viator President Ryan Aiello cited Clifford’s professional achievements and service to others in selecting her for the award.

At Clifford Law Offices, that philosophy is reflected in a role that extends across firm leadership, litigation, and client support. As Managing Director, Clifford helps shape the firm’s strategic direction and coordinates attorneys, professional teams, and resources across complex matters. Clifford holds a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, a combination that brings another dimension to her work, particularly in aviation and catastrophic injury litigation. She works with trial teams to help develop damages related to emotional distress while bringing an informed understanding of the grief and trauma clients and families may experience following catastrophic loss.
As a Corporate Wellness Consultant at Erin Clifford Wellness, Clifford has developed a niche curriculum that tackles the unique challenges of corporate life and offers busy professionals practical guidance on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, mindful living, and intentional self-care. She presents regularly across the country at continuing legal education events, professional conferences, and in-house corporate settings, drawing on her expertise to educate attorneys and other professionals about managing demanding careers while building healthier, more sustainable approaches to their personal and professional lives.
Clifford’s first book, Wellness Reimagined: A Holistic Approach to Health, Happiness and Harmony, which reached Bestseller status with USA Today, brings those same principles to a broader audience, offering a flexible framework for making meaningful changes that support long-term well-being. She is currently working on her next publication.
