Erin Clifford, Clifford Law Offices partner and Certified Holistic Health Coach, will be speaking at the Kane County Bar Association (KCBA) Wellness Seminar on Thursday, June 16th, from 1:00PM to 3:00PM CT.
During the first hour, Erin Clifford will discuss the importance of self-care. She will present strategies to practice self-care that include focusing on scheduling, sleep, exercise, nutrition, and stress management. The second hour will feature Dr. Terrence Koller who will discuss managing anxiety.
