Kevin P. Durkin, partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been invited to speak at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) annual Trials Seminar on March 28.
Durkin, who has received numerous record verdicts and settlements in transportation cases as well as other areas of personal injury and wrongful death law, will be talking to the group on “The Value of Focus Groups.” Many law firms utilize the gathering of random people before a trial in order to better prepare the case and focus on issues that matter to potential jurors, particularly in complex cases.
Durkin is part of a half-day seminar that begins at 8:45 a.m. at the Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort, 3500 Midwest Rd., Oak Brook.
