He was the first to file against the government in the midair crash of a commercial regional jet and a Navy helicopter over the Potomac River on January 29, 2025, representing families of nine passengers killed in that tragedy. The firm also filed four cases against Boeing in late July 2025 on behalf of four flight attendants who were on board the Alaska Air plane when a door plug flew off mid-flight on January 5, 2024.
