Bradley M. Cosgrove, partner at Clifford Law Offices, will be speaking at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) Annual Medical Malpractice Seminar on December 9, 2022.
Cosgrove, who has obtained numerous record verdicts and settlements in the area of medical malpractice, will be speaking on “Aggressive Cross Examination of the Less Than Truthful Witness.” In his 16-year legal career, he has taken hundreds of depositions.
The all-morning program includes other speakers including the Hon. Thomas V. Lyons II of the Cook County Law Division, who will offer a “Judicial Perspective” on med mal.
The all-morning program, offering continuing legal education credit, will be held at the Westin Chicago River North, 320 N. Dearborn.
