Bradley M. Cosgrove, partner at Clifford Law Offices, spoke at the annual Medical Malpractice Seminar sponsored by the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) on December 12, 2025.
Cosgrove, who has obtained numerous record verdicts and settlements in the area of plaintiffs’ medical malpractice – his latest being a record $56 million verdict against a plastic surgeon – spoke on “Demonstrative Exhibits.”
Other speakers at the half-day seminar included the Hon. Eileen M. O’Connor of the Cook County Circuit Court, who spoke on the judicial perspective of medical malpractice cases. The in-person seminar held in Chicago offered attendees 4.5 hours of CLE credit.
