Gregory M. Beck was formerly with the City of Chicago Department of Law as a Supervising Assistant Corporation Counsel. He graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 2012. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. In addition to his admission to the Illinois state bar, he has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
Also joining the firm is Scott J. Kater, formerly a partner at Donohue Brown Mathewson & Smyth LLC. He served there as lead counsel, associate counsel, and local counsel in products liability, consumer fraud, breach of contract, and mass tort matters for large automotive manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, and other multinational corporations. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law and received his B.A. in political science from Miami University of Ohio. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
