Richard F. Burke, Jr. Announces Retirement

After decades of dedicated service, Richard F. Burke, Jr. is retiring from Clifford Law Offices.

Throughout his distinguished career, Rich built a reputation as one of Chicago’s most respected trial attorneys, handling some of the firm’s most complex aviation, product liability, trucking, and catastrophic injury cases. His thoughtful approach, unwavering preparation, and commitment to every client helped shape countless successful outcomes while earning the respect of colleagues throughout the legal profession.

“As I step away from the courtroom, I do so with tremendous respect and appreciation for our civil justice system. The law has challenged me every day for more than four decades, and I wouldn’t trade that journey for anything.” – Richard F. Burke, Jr.

Beyond the courtroom, Rich has been a trusted colleague, mentor, and steady presence within the firm. His willingness to share his knowledge, solve difficult problems, and support those around him has left a lasting mark on Clifford Law Offices.

We are deeply grateful for his decades of service, friendship, and dedication to pursuing justice for individuals and families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

Thank you, Rich, for everything you have contributed to our clients, our firm, and the legal profession. We wish you every happiness in your well-earned retirement.
