Robert Clifford Authors Article on Tragic Kobe Bryant Helicopter Crash and What Might Have Prevented It

Robert A. Clifford, founder and senior partner at Clifford Law Offices, authored a column for Chicago Lawyer Magazine on the high-profile crash of a helicopter that killed basketball great Kobe Bryant, his daughter and seven others, including the pilot.

The Terrain Awareness Warning System, often referred to as TAWS, helps pilots in foggy, low-visibility weather, which was reportedly the case on Jan. 26 when the helicopter crashed on a hillside in Calabasas, California.
