Robert A. Clifford, founder and senior partner at Clifford Law Offices, spoke on the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic for civil jury trials during a webinar hosted by the Berkeley Law Civil Justice Research Initiative in California.
Clifford, who has successfully tried numerous civil jury trials to verdict, was joined by Valerie Hans, professor at Cornell Law School, and Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean and the Jesse H. Choper Distinguished Professor of Law at Berkeley Law. The discussion was moderated by Richard Jolly of Susman Godfrey in Los Angeles.
