Sarah F. King, partner at Clifford Law Offices, will speak at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) Annual Ethics Seminar April 15. Her topic during the two-hour presentation is “Discovery Sanctions.”
The Ethics Webinar will be held over two mornings, 10 a.m. to noon, April 13 and 15, featuring a number of speakers including the Hon. John Ehrlich of the Cook County Circuit Court Motion Section who will offer a judicial perspective and Melissa Smart, ARDC Director of Education, who will speak on “The Ethical Implications of Being a Virtual Practitioner.”
Registration for each day is $50 and is open to ITLA members only. It offers two hours of ethics/professionalism credit each session.
