Sarah F. King and Charles R. Haskins, attorneys at Clifford Law Offices, co-moderated a two-hour program on “Motion Practice in Cook County Circuit Court’s Law Division” sponsored by the Chicago Bar Association on Jan. 14.
Five judges of the Cook County Circuit Court Law Division, including its Presiding Judge James P. Flannery, Jr., spoke on the state of the law division and motion practice during COVID.
Other judges from the Law Division participating in various practice pointers with an emphasis on practicing during a pandemic included the Hon. John H. Ehrlich, Hon. Christopher E. Lawler, Hon. Lorna E. Propes and Hon. James E. Snyder.
