James C. Pullos, partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been named a Leading Lawyer in Illinois, an organization that names the top lawyers in a practice area based upon peer reviews. Less than five percent of lawyers licensed in the state receive this distinction. Pullos received the recognition in the area of personal injury law.

Jack J. Casciato, partner at the firm, has been named an Emerging Lawyer by Leading Lawyers in the area of personal injury law. He, too, was named based upon statewide surveys. Emerging Lawyers have been identified by their peers to be among the top lawyers who are age 40 or younger. Less than two percent of all lawyers licensed in each state have received the distinction of Emerging Lawyer.

Before joining Clifford Law Offices, Jim worked at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office for 14 years where he served as a supervisor working on complex cases in wrongful death, highway negligence, civil rights, labor and employment, medical deliberate indifference/medical negligence, class-action, criminal and other significant tort matters. Jim added to his legal experience when he worked as a managing trial attorney for a national insurance company handling claims of injury related to construction, manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, premises liability and auto accidents.

Casciato joined Clifford Law Offices in 2018 having worked for years at a top insurance defense firm where he served as a partner. Jack represented publicly-traded companies in personal injury litigation where he worked closely with insurers and general counsel of major companies. Jack’s former experiences working on the defense side provides him with a unique vantage in representing personal injury clients.

Both attorneys have vast litigation experience in trying cases to verdict.
